One job, not another tool

Give the repetitive work
a real owner.

I build custom AI employees for established small businesses. Each one owns a real job, works inside the tools you already use, and brings judgment calls back to a human. I work locally in Lynchburg and Central Virginia, then remotely where the fit is right.

01

AI is not the job

Stop playing with the radio.
Start driving somewhere.

Most business owners use AI like getting in a car, playing with the radio, and wondering why it is not taking them anywhere. They ask a chatbot a question, get an answer, then do all the real work themselves.

The goal is not to use more AI. It is to touch your computer less.

An AI employee is different. It shows up on a schedule, uses the right business information, completes a defined job, and stops for approval when human judgment matters.

Your bottleneck is not the same as the business down the street.

For one company it is missed estimates. For another it is follow-up that depends on the owner. For another it is information copied between systems every night. We do not force a prebuilt tool onto your business. We start with the job you already need handled.

02

How it works

Find it. Map it. Hand it off.

  1. 1

    Find the job

We find the repeated work stealing time, slowing revenue, or making the business depend too heavily on one person.

  2. 2

    Map the work

We document how the job happens, what tools and information it needs, what can go wrong, and what still needs approval.

  3. 3

    Build one employee

I build and test one role first. When it works, we improve it, maintain it, and decide whether the next employee is worth building.

Built by a real operator

I built this inside my own business first.

I am a full-time Realtor and business operator. My team had listings that took hours to enter, transaction dates scattered across four sheets, and important follow-up living in people's memory.

So I stopped collecting shiny AI tools and started giving AI real jobs. Now I build the same kind of practical employee for other owner-led businesses.

Proof from my own business

Real work. Clear boundaries.

Minutes, not hours.

Listing input that used to eat an evening now takes minutes. The employee drafts the entry, a human reviews it, and a human clicks publish.

One radar, four spreadsheets.

Transaction dates that used to hide across four sheets get watched in one place and flagged before a deadline is missed.

Judgment stays human.

The employee checks, drafts, and flags. Anything sensitive or client-facing can wait for a person to approve it.

Ways to start

Start small. Prove the job. Build from there.

No giant transformation project. We choose one useful job and make it work.

Quick answers

What can an AI employee actually do?

It can own repeated work like checking records, gathering information, drafting follow-up, preparing reports, updating systems, or flagging exceptions. The right first job depends on how your business runs.

Why not buy something that works out of the box?

Sometimes you should. But most tools do not know your process, your source of truth, your approval rules, or the exceptions that matter. A custom AI employee is built around the job and the business, then tested on real work. The point is not more custom software. It is less babysitting.

Will it contact customers without approval?

Not unless that rule is intentionally approved. Sensitive or customer-facing work can stop for human review before anything is sent or changed.

Do I need to understand AI first?

No. You need to understand your business. I handle the build. You help define what good work looks like, where the information lives, and when a person should take over.

What happens in the $250 AI Employee Map?

We spend one working hour on your business, choose the first repeated job worth handing off, map how it works and what it needs, and put the next step in writing. If there is no clear employee worth building, I refund it.
